Information submitted by visitors
When visitors submit a funding opportunity, saved search or contact request, GrantScoutHQ may process the information entered in that form, including an email address and submission details.
Grant alerts and browser-saved grants
Grant alerts store the email address and filters a visitor submits so matching updates can be delivered; each alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Grants saved with the Save button remain in that browser's local storage and are not uploaded to GrantScoutHQ.
Technical information
Server logs may record information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security, reliability and aggregate website analysis.
Advertising and analytics
GrantScoutHQ may use advertising or analytics services after they are enabled. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies.
External websites
The directory links to third-party websites. GrantScoutHQ does not control their privacy practices, security or content.
Data retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for website operations, security, legal compliance and reviewing submissions.
